Bigfoot Theatre Company invites Key Stage Two History Co-ordinators to attend a fun and exciting day long INSET which will explore how history topics can be taught creatively through drama without having any formal drama training. The day will incorporate many different drama exercises that can be transferred and adapted to any history based topic whether it be the Egyptians, the Victorians or World War two Evacuees!
The INSET will be taken by Gail Richards, Arts Development Co-ordinator for Bigfoot Theatre Company, who, as a graduate of History from The University of Glasgow has developed BigfootÂs history based drama programmes and is also currently writing a series of history-based drama resources which are to be published by PCET publishing in January 2006.
Bigfoot Theatre Company understand teachers and how creative they can be, and will guarantee you a most productive day which will enable you to teach history in an exciting, dynamic and creative way!
