Bigfoot are extremely proud of the way in which we share knowledge and skills to teachers and practitioners. Our goal is to help as many people as possible be confident and able to deliver high quality arts programmes to their students.
Our Creative Approach programme for schools offers a ‘whole school’ approach to using drama skills across the curriculum, which can be booked over a series of days, half days or twilight sessions based on your schools specific needs.
Our Bigfoot Arts Club Network (BACN) is about developing the creative talents of specific individual staff members within your school, who form part of a wider community of particiapnts who will embark on a 3 year journey on how to use drama in all aspects of learning, both inside and outside of the classroom.
Schools can also opt for our creative curriculum consultancy service which incorporates INSET sessions for the whole school combined with teacher mentoring, whereby your teachers are partnered up with a Bigfooter, to plan, deliver and assess a scheme of work using a range of performing arts disciplines.
We also run specific off-site courses for teachers and arts practitioners such as NLP training, working creatively with Early Years, the productive use of voice in the classroom, creative strategies for behaviour management, facilitating dance for non-dancers…..The list goes on.
Our courses are extremely good value and are created, developed and run by Bigfoot in collaboration with leading arts trainers and consultants.
