Big Steps is a creative course designed to prepare Early Years, Reception, Year 2 and Year 6 pupils for making the Transition between key stages.
A Bigfoot Tutor will follow a specifically designed scheme of work developed in partnership with the DFCF, Healthy Schools, teachers and pupils.
Drama games, role-play and improvisation allow pupils to express their fears, worries and anxieties. These activities provide a variety of strategies to help pupils cope with the practical and emotional aspects of transition.
Courses can run for hour slots, half day or full day projects to suit your schoosl needs!
